2019年7月29日-30日，由民航中南地区管理局与民航湖北监管局组成CCAR-91部运行合格审定现场验证联合检查组，完成对湖北辉宏通用航空有限公司申请CCAR-91部运行资质进行了航空器符合性检查、公司内部运行验证检查和本场验证飞行检查。8月5日正式颁发CCAR-91部运行合格证。

湖北辉宏通用航空科技有限公司2017年9月成立，于2018年7月迁入武汉经济技术开发区通用航空及卫星产业园。现有Aurora SA60L固定翼飞机4架；飞行员7名，机务维修机械师5名。湖北辉宏通航现主营业务为航空摄影、遥感测绘。未来将在现有业务的基础上开展私、商用用驾驶员、运动驾驶员培训及农林喷洒作业飞行业务。
